Our church is a Christian, Evangelical, non-denominational church, which operates in Jyväskylä and Central Finland. The church started its operation in 1989 in Jyväskylä. The Great Commission is crucial to us. It is our joy to share the good news of the gospel about Jesus Christ and equip people to grow to maturity in their knowledge of Jesus. Fellowship among Christians, Biblical teaching, mission work, and willingness to serve others are also essential subjects. The grace of God is also important to us.
We have a tiny Christian community where people are from various backgrounds. The Christian life should not burden us, which makes us just tired. When we learn to trust in Jesus, we can be encouraged and equipped to face all kinds of situations that life may bring on.
Our current plan reaches down to the year 2029 when our church will be 40 years old. We will be mainly developing the following areas: evangelism, church meetings on Sundays, prayer meetings weekly, all kinds of events, the Bible school, small groups, various teams, and mission work. Some of those things already exist, and others will start in the future.
Our church is international and for all age groups. Translation either in English or Russian languages is available.
Most of our actions take place in Jyväskylä and Central Finland. The address of our church office is Voianmaankatu 24, Jyväskylä. The Sunday meetings are held in Kultturitila Omenapuu, the address: Vapaudenkatu 24, Jyväskylä. Our church co-operates with the GGWO churches (globally, more than 500 churches). The co-operation usually includes mission work, Christian education, and events. We have close relationships with many churches both in Finland and Internationally.
Church services are on Sundays at 11 o´clock.
